The First Lesson
A figure and animal painter, and also an illustrator, Frank Paton lived and worked in the south-east of England, in London, Essex and Kent, during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. He exhibited mainly at the Royal Academy (16 paintings) but also at the Fine Art Society and the Walker Art Gallery in Liverpool.
