Garnet Ruskin Wolseley was a landscape & figure painter who was born in London on 24th May 1884.  He studied art at the Slade School, where he received the Slade Scholarship & Painting Prizes 1902-1903. Wolseley exhibited from 1909 at the RA, NEAC, in the provinces & abroad.  He was elected ARWA in 1925. Garner Ruskin Wolseley lived at Steyning in Sussex and later at Williton in Somerset.
