NEIL CAWTHORNE    

Neil Cawthorne was born in May 1956, in Leicestershire, where his family has lived for several generations. Although he showed an interest in both art and horses, Neil Cawthorne did not start to paint seriously until his late twenties.   He studied for four years under the sporting artist John Kenney; followed by a series of exhibitions in Leicestershire, and then more recently in Newmarket and America.
