Contemporary British cabinet-maker Nicholas Chandler designs and makes exquisite, luxury furniture in his studios in England and Spain. He comes from a long line of designer furniture makers, but started his career as an art and craft teacher. During that eight year period he was always designing and making pieces for himself or for others, but the time came to devote his life to designing and making and so he left teaching and opened his first studios in Devon.

Now with a worldwide client list of private and corporate work, Nicholas still loves the personal satisfaction of a job well done saying, "I would never have designed these pieces if it weren't for the inspiration provided by my customers. Every piece is new".
