Kate Byrne has been producing her unique ceramics since 1985. Her work is very diverse - ranging from one-off pieces to limited editions, tableware and bathroom accessories – and her design work, her exuberant sense of colour and pattern making has caught the eye of many leading retailers. Kate’s book, ‘Painting on Ceramics’, was published by Conran Octopus in 2000. This practical, educational and stylish book has sold over 40,000 copies in six countries.
