| Henry C Bryant was a London painter of genre, landscape and animal subjects, especially farmyard and market scenes. Henry Bryant exhibited between 1860 and 1880, mainly at Suffolk Street, but also at the Royal Academy and the British Institution. Titles at Suffolk Street included The Knife Grinder (1862) and Feeding the Calves (1874). He was also recorded as living at Portsea. Henry C Bryant's pictures frequently appear at auctions in London and are very popular with collectors. |
