Alfred Duke
Act. 1893-1905
A painter mainly of hunting scenes, working dogs, birds, Alfred Duke was working during the latter part of the 19th century, and died in 1905. Although research reveals little of the artist, he was clearly a very skilled painter, especially of dogs. This is reflected by the sustained demand for his work in the art market.
